How do I add orders in my store?


You can add new order in your online store, by logging into admin panel, by navigating to "Orders" section and then click on "Add Order". You can add orders for existing customer, new customer, or unknown customer.

To add an order for existing customer, go to "existing customer" tab and submit order. For new customer, you need to create login information such as email address and password.

You can also add billing and shipping phone details, and order information like product, quantity, price etc and click "Update Order Total & Quantities".

Click "save and exit" button when you are done. The order will not be associated with any customer if you add an order for "unknown customer".

As you add an order in online store, the inventory status will be updated automatically.

To verify changes go to admin panel, navigate to "Orders" area and then click "Manage Orders". You will see a list of all store order with order status and here you can verify changes.


Will I receive notification for new orders?


Yes, you will receive notification email whenever an order is placed on your online store.

You can also check new orders on admin panel "Home" with a complete overview of your online store.


How do I change orders status in my store?


You can change or update order status in your online store by logging into admin panel and browse "Orders" section, click "Manage Orders" from sub menu and you will see a list of all store orders.

Select desired order(s) to change order status and click drop down menu, which says, "Select an option". Now select order status, you want to set for selected order(s). You can change order status one by one or. Now click "submit" button and changes will be saved. As an order status changes in your store, customer will be notified with an email.

To verify changes you made, go to admin panel, navigate to "Orders" area and click "Search Orders". Now search orders by "Order Status" and you will find a list of orders with given order status. Here you can verify your changes.


How do I edit order information in my store?


You can edit order information in your online store by logging into admin panel, by navigating to "Orders" section and go to "Manage Orders" from sub menu. You will see a complete list of store orders. Select desired order, you want to edit information and click option from action menu, which says, "Edit order".

You will see "New Customer", "Existing Customer" and "Unknown Customer" tab, click the tab to change order information. For example if you want to change an order information by changing customer from existing to new customer, click "New Customer" tab and then submit new order information. You can edit customer information, billing information, order price, etc. Press "Save & Exit" button when you complete editing process and changes will be saved.

To verify your changes, go to admin panel, navigate to "Orders" area and click "Manage Orders". Here you will see order you have edited.


How do I remove orders from my store?


You can remove orders from online store by logging into admin panel, navigate to "Orders" area and click "Manage Orders" from sub menu. You will see a complete list of store orders, select order(s), you want to remove and go to drop down menu, which says, "Select an option". Select "Delete Selected" option, click "submit" button and changes will be saved.

To verify changes you made, go to admin panel, navigate "Orders" area and click "Manage Orders". You will verify the updated list of orders here.


How do I export my store orders?


You can export orders by logging into admin panel, by navigating to "Orders" section and click "Manage Orders". Here you will view store orders list. Select desired orders you want to export from store.

Click on "Select an option" menu and click "Export these orders..." option then press "Submit" button. Choose XML or CSV format in which you want to save orders file and finally save file on your computer.

You can export orders for many purposes, for example, you can upload orders list in other stores, which will minimize time, and it take you to add manually.
