Yes, you can show store products in multiple categories, go to admin panel and navigate to "Products" area. Click "Products List" from sub menu. You will see all the list of store products. Select a store product you want to add in multiple categories, and click on "Edit" link. You will see product categories list for this product.
For selecting multiple categories, hold "Ctrl" key and select multiple categories. Press "Save & Exit" and changes will be saved.
How can I add product variation for my store products?
You can add product variation for store products by first logging into admin panel, navigating to "Products" section and click "Product Variations". Here you will see a list of existing product variations in your store.
To add a new product variation, click "New Product Variation".
Here you will see product variation page where you can add a new product variation.
By default product variation options are set to color, size and style, you may edit these options to define your own product variation for example standard, professional, premium etc.
Complete the form by submitting variation options and click "Save & Exit".
The new product variation will be added in existing product variation list.

You can add Meta tags for store products by logging into admin panel and by navigating to "Products" area then click "Products List" from sub menu. You will see a list of entire store products. Select desired product for which you want to add Meta Tags, and click "Edit" link.

You can create discount policies once you have added a product in store.

To hide SKU from product page, click the Cart settings in left bar in admin panel, choosing the application settings option and go to third tab layout where in bottom you see product setting option, there you find "Show Product's SKU?"

Yes admin can populate vendor product separately for that you need to go to admin panel then navigate to products panel there you see vendor product option just click it open. Here you see vendor filter to populate vendor assigned product.

Yes it is possible to add duplicate product for both seniors as a admin. For adding duplicate product through admin go to product panel and navigate to product list and chose which product you need to duplicate.
Just click this button on product and then pop up of duplicate product open you just need to change product name
Remove copy of from product name and then save.
