Software Licensing Agreement :
--------------------------- Bitcart Software Agreement --------------------------- Bit-cart.com is purely under authority of Bitwrods Media LLC. This document is a legal agreement between firm and its customer. Before using services of BitCart ecommerce solutions, client has to agree and accept terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement otherwise purchase is not recommended. The terms and conditions in agreement are solely between BitCart and client. This agreement covers all understandings, representations, dealings and warranties related to company's website, and also its services. Firm reserves the rights to change its policies and agreement any time without any prior notice to user. Presently enforced agreement will be published on company's official website which user should study before using any part of website. Terms and Conditions: 1.By using software services of BitCart, client agrees that software is copyright protected and cannot be distributed. 2.Client accepts a comprehensive license to use the services of downloaded BitCart ecommerce software, only executable code, and a user manual, only as approved in this software agreement. 3.BitCart software is for only one (1) URL. Client cannot use BitCart to transfer, share, lease or sublicense to others. The customer also agrees not to share his rights under software agreement. Furthermore, software should not be recompiled or reassembled. 4.When setting up software on customer's machine, customer can take a backup of software for safety purpose. In such circumstances, software copy includes, firm's proprietary notifications. However, any copy of software program or part of it, is not allowed otherwise license will be cancelled. 5.The software warranty is only for buyer or customer and includes currently available software licenses. 6.The buyer or customer has no right of using, changing, spreading or copying software program for any certain interest through any medium until exclusive declared by firm for such activity. In other cases license will be cancelled permanently. 7.The buyer or customer agrees to give a right to firm to check the web server of customer in order to verify fulfillment of agreement. 8.The customer or buyer agrees that in any case of his breach to certain part of agreement, firm is not liable to cover damages. Firm thus, is deemed to take an order from a legitimate court on request. 9.International copyright regulations and treaties and also intellectual property laws protect this agreement. Therefore, customer or buyer must consider BitCart ecommerce software as copyright material. 10.Firm is entitled to provide customer support for BitCart software. The support is administrated under the policies and programs of firm. 11.Firm provides 30 days free telephonic and email support from time customer starts using software. For more than 30 days up to 1 year, pay $149. 12.Software also comes with payment refund facility. "Refund only once" payment is non-refundable in case you already received refund of your previous shopping cart software. Request must be sent within 30 days after purchase of ecommerce shopping cart software. Payment for Installation service is non-refundable in case our expert has started working on your ecommerce website. 13.Firm may use commercial names and trademarks of customer for promotional objectives with written interest of customer. Same customer may also use the commercial names and trademarks of firm as well. 14.Firm has full right to give this software agreement to any individual partially or completely who is willing to take the possession of company partially or completely.
