How do I add shipping zones based on multiple countries, states or ZIP codes?

You can add shipping zones simply by logging into admin panel. Navigate to "Cart Settings" and click "Shipment Settings" from sub menu. In "Shipment Settings", you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones".
Click on "Shipping Zones" and you will see a list of shipping zones in your online store. Click "Add Shipping Zone" button.
Complete the form by submitting required information; you can add shipping zones by multiple ZIP codes, countries or states. You can also choose free shipping for a specific shipping zone.
Press "Next" button, then press "Add a Shipping Method" button, and add shipping method you want in this shipping zone. Your shipping zone will be saved in the list of existing shipping zones in store.


How do I add shipping methods to shipping zones?

You can add shipping methods to shipping zones by logging into your admin panel and click "Shipping Settings" from sub menu of "Cart Settings". In "Shipping Settings", you will see two tabs "Store address" and "Shipping Zones".
Click on "Shipping Zones" and you will see a list of shipping zones in your online store. You can edit each shipping zone by clicking "Edit Methods" button. Here you can add multiple shipping methods for selected shipping zone by pressing "Add a Shipping Method" button. When you save a shipping method in shipping zone, the list in selected shipping zone will be updated.


How do I remove shipping zones and shipping methods?

You can remove shipping zones by logging into your admin panel and click "Shipment Settings" from submenu of "Cart Settings". In "Shipping Settings", you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones". Click on "Shipping Zones" and you will see a list of shipping zones in your online store. Select the desired shipping zones you want remove and click "Remove Selected" button.

To remove shipping methods, select shipping zones for which you want to remove shipping methods, now click "Edit Method" link. You will see a list of shipping methods for the selected shipping zone. You can select shipping methods and click "Remove Selected" button.

You can verify changes in existing list of shipping method of shipping zone from which you have removed shipping methods.


Is there any option to enable "Free Shipping"?

Yes, you can enable "free shipping" option, by logging into admin panel and go to "Shipment Settings" from sub menu of "Cart Settings". Click "Shipping Zones" tab and you will see a list of available shipping zones in your store. Select desired shipping zone for which you want "Free Shipping" enabled and click "Edit Settings" button. Here you can enable "Free Shipping" by checking option "Yes, Add free shipping options for this zone".

Click "Save" button when you have done and your setting will be saved.

When you add free shipping, customer will not pay any shipping charges.



How do I enable UPS shipping method in my store?

You can simply enable UPS shipping method by logging into your admin panel and by navigating  to "Cart Settings", select "Shipping Settings" and you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones". Go to "Shipping Zones", here you will see a list of existing shipping zones in your store. Select desired shipping zone for which you want UPS shipping method enabled.
Click edit methods button and you will see two tabs "Zone Settings" and "Shipping Methods", go to shipping methods and click "Add a Shipping Method" button. Here you will see a list of shipping methods to configure, select UPS and click "Save" button and your setting will be saved. You can view the UPS shipping method in the list of shipping methods of selected shipping zone.


How do I enable USPS shipping method in my store?

You can simply enable USPS shipping method by logging into your admin panel and by navigating to "Cart Settings", select "Shipping Settings" and you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones". Go to "Shipping Zones", here you will see a list of existing shipping zones in your store. Select desired shipping zone for which you want USPS shipping method enabled.
Click edit methods button and you will see two tabs "Zone Settings" and "Shipping Methods", go to shipping methods and click "Add a Shipping Method" button. Here you will see a list of shipping methods to configure, select USPS and click "Save" button and your setting will be saved. You can view USPS shipping method in the list of shipping methods of selected shipping zone.


How do I enable Fed-Ex shipping method in my store?

You can simply enable Fed-Ex shipping method by logging into your admin panel and by navigating to "cart settings", select "shipping settings" and you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones". Go to "shipping zones", here you will see a list of existing shipping zones in your store. Select desired shipping zone for which you want Fed-Ex shipping method enabled.
Click edit methods button and you will see two tabs "zone settings" and "shipping methods", go to shipping methods and click "add a shipping method" button. Here you will see a list of shipping methods to configure, select Fed-Ex and click "save" button.


Can I define single handling charges to all shipping methods?

Yes, you can define single handling charges for once, which are applied on all the shipping methods in selected shipping zone. Go to your admin panel and navigate "Shipping Settings" from sub menu of "Cart Settings". Click "Shipping Zones" tab and you will see a list of available shipping zone in your store.
Select desired shipping zone and click "Edit Settings" button. Here you can specify single handling charges, which will be applied on all shipping methods. Select option "
Fix single handling charges to all shipping methods in this zone" and submit amount. Click "Save" button when you have done and your setting will be saved.


Is there any option to enable fixed shipping cost for all orders?

Yes, you can enable fixed shipping cost for all orders by logging into your admin panel and by navigating to "Cart Settings", select "Shipment Settings" and you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones".
Go to "Shipping Zones", here you will see a list of existing shipping zones in your store. Select desired shipping zone for which you want to define fixed shipping cost.
Click edit methods button and you will see two tabs "Zone Settings" and "Shipping Methods", go to shipping methods and click "Add a Shipping Method" button. Here you will see "Fixed Shipping Quotes" to configure, select "Flat rate per order" and specify shipping cost. Click "Save" button when you have done and your setting will be saved.


Can I define shipping cost based on order total?

Yes, you can define shipping cost based on order total by logging into your admin panel and navigate to "Cart Settings", select "Shipment Settings" and you will see two tabs "Store Address" and "Shipping Zones". Go to "Shipping Zones", here you will see a list of existing shipping zones in your store.
Select desired shipping zone for which you want to define shipping cost based on order total. Click edit methods button and you will see two tabs "Zone Settings" and "Shipping Methods", go to shipping methods and click "Add a Shipping Method" button. Here you will see "Fixed Shipping Quotes" to configure, select "Ship by Order Total" and specify range of order total. Click "Save" button when you are done and your setting will be saved.
